Prosecutors say a 28-year-old Bay Shore man is facing kidnapping and other charges for abducting an 11-year-old girl from Queens after meeting her through an online messaging app. They say Nicholas Wieber met the child on the Discord app, where their conversations allegedly became sexual in nature.
