Why do I find them so cute? 😂🦇 They’re like little chihuahuas of the sky… so ugly that they’re actually adorable. I know most people think bats are kind of yucky, but look at these little faces. These are fruit bats, also called flying foxes, and they play such an important role here in the Maldives by pollinating trees and spreading seeds between islands. P.S. Sorry about the poop shot but I had to keep it in. I had no idea they flip right side up to go to the bathroom. Makes total sense but
