It’s crazy how Made in Abyss goes from looking like a cute adventure to a literal horror show the deeper they go. Riko and Reg are trying to reach the bottom, but honestly, I feel like Reg had a way darker, less heroic role down there before his memories got wiped. The whole mystery with Lyza feels like something we won't officially find out until the very end of the story, but Reg’s actual origin is probably going to drop way sooner. As much as I love Reg as a good hearted character, I believe
