I used to peel dozens of flawless eggs a day at my old job at @depanneurbklyn—and this is the method that never failed me.It does take some finessing so give yourself grace if you don’t get it right the first few times. Also, it does help if the eggs aren’t super fresh which makes the membrane under the shell looser. Also if you’ve got tips that helped you master eggs, drop them below!!
