Although it wasn’t the main event, the show is most remembered for one of the most graphic and frightening injuries in WWE history. During a tag team ladder match featuring MNM, Paul London & Brian Kendrick, The Hardy Boyz, and William Regal & Dave Taylor, Joey Mercury suffered a devastating facial injury. Mercury, teaming with Johnny Nitro, was on the receiving end of a ladder spot gone wrong when Jeff Hardy leapt onto a
