You really just have to want it. It’s the most unfortunate truth of losing weight but it’s also very simple. If you don’t care that much, you’re probably not gonna hit your goals… but if you’re proactively, trying, you will make progress, and it WILL get EASIER to stay on track, and avoid temptations that once consumed you.
