I enjoy all variations of dips. On bar dips I tend to lean away or favor my strong shoulder. I injured my left shoulder bench pressing years ago and it still hurts from time to time. After a few sets of warm ups I won't favor the strong shoulder. An important lesson I learned as a seasoned (older) lifter is the warm ups are a must. Regardless the work has to het done.
