A bitter blast of cold air settles over the D.C. region Tuesday as all eyes turn to a potential weekend winter storm that could deliver significant snowfall.
The arctic cold will set the stage for the winter storm and last for at least the next week. We are talking about 7 + days where temperatures will not climb above freezing. Generally, low temperatures will be in the single digits and teens and high temperatures will be in the teens and 20s.
