Ehlinger will once again serve as the team's emergency quarterback after being signed to the active roster from the practice squad earlier this month. The 27-year-old will be able to enter the game only if both Bo Nix and Jarrett Stidham are forced to exit due to injury, illness or ejection.

ENGLEWOOD, Colo. — The Broncos have made multiple roster moves following Sunday's win over the Chargers. Denver promoted quarterback Sam Ehlinger from the practice squad to the active roster, the team announced Monday. The Broncos also waived tackle Geron Christian and tight end Marcedes Lewis in corresponding moves.
