Gov. Jeff Landry declared a state of emergency as officials warn ice, snow and prolonged freezing temperatures could bring dangerous travel, power outages and major impacts across Louisiana.

Ice and freezing rain could have major impacts on roads, driveways and sidewalks in Massachusetts Wednesday.

The advisory was issued for Wallowa County. "Visibility has improved across the greater area, and to above 5 miles at Joseph. The freezing fog advisory will be allowed to expire. Visibility may still be reduced to one half mile locally through noon," comments the National Weather Service.
